All Creatures Animal Hospital was established in 1991, and has been privately owned and operated by its lead veterinarians: Drs. Michael & Karolyn Akins, Vet medicine is their passion, and they focus on providing high-quality, accurate medical diagnosis & care, with an emphasis on client education.
Here at All Creatures we strive to provide the support and care needed to improve the human – animal bond between owner and pet. Our staff promote positive preventative healthcare wellness services to maintain all your pets’ healthcare needs year-round. We work hard to provide owners with the best educational support and information to help you as a pet parent care properly for your pet.
Our practice is unique in that our licensed veterinarians are trained to provide services to a large variety of pets, including dogs, cats, reptiles, and small companion mammals, and birds.
We have had the distinction of being an AAHA accredited hospital since opening in 1991. AAHA stands for the “American Animal Hospital Association” and is the standard of veterinary excellence. This accreditation is only given to animal hospitals that meet a rigorous set of guidelines, procedures, and standards that certifies the care given to your pet is the highest quality available in animal care. Staff is friendly and courteous on the phone and in person. They treated my pet like I treat my pet. I felt comfortable leaving my pet for surgery. After my rabbit's surgery, Dr. Mike had photo of her teeth, and explained everything he did. He answered all my questions. I Have been taking all my exotic babies here for the last couple of years. It's hard to find an exotic animal vet to begin with so to be able to find one so close is nice, The staff has always been very kind and friendly to me and all my babies. They know me by name as well as most of my fur kids which is impressive as iv'e had a lot of fur kids. They have always taken good care of us. I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else
